Accessing the Payments Page

If you click the "Payments" page in the navigation bar, it will take you to a page where there's an overview of the transactional data in the system. This page provides a summary of the payment data that has been sent to the system.

The UI

When you visit the payments page, you're greeted with something that looks like this:

As you can see, there are 6 unique charts that display the data that is sent to us. In the top right, there is a drop down to select the currency in which you're viewing the data, this controls all charts, so if you change this to GBP or USD, the data displayed will be for that currency. The charts are explained in further below.

Total Number of Overdue Payments, by Due Date

This chart displays the total number of payments that were overdue in the given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us. If the transaction is not marked as paid in our system before this date, then they are marked as "overdue" and their data is displayed in this chart.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact number of invoices in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the number of overdue payments for our demo data was 309 in September 2023.

Total Value of Overdue Payments, by Due Date

This chart displays the total sum of the values of payments that were overdue in the given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us. If the transaction is not marked as paid in our system before this date, then they are marked as "overdue" and their data is displayed in this chart.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact number of invoices in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the number of overdue payments for our demo data was 45,967,109.78 EUR in September 2023.

Total Number of Payments, by Due Date

This chart displays the total number of payments in the given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact number of payments made in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the payment count for our demo data was 74 in April 2024.

Total Value of Payments, by Due Date

This chart displays the total value of payments in the given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact value of payments made in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the total payment value for our demo data was 42,860,440.25 GBP in April 2024.

Total Number of Due Payments, by Due Date

This chart displays the total number of payments that are due on transactions in the system within the coming months, the data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions that are sent to us.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact number of transactions that are due to be paid in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the due payment count for our demo data was 173 in July 2024.

Total Value of Due Payments, by Due Date

This chart displays the total value of payments that are due on transactions in the system within the coming months, the data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions that are sent to us.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact total value of the transactions that are due to be paid in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the due payment value for our demo data was 25,750,926.87 GBP in July 2024.
