Accessing the Summary Page

If you click the "Summary" page in the navigation bar, it will take you to a page where there's an overview of the transactional data in the system. This includes any data regarding Invoices and Credits. It also depicts the number of supplier companies that have been onboarded to the system which is useful information to know.

The UI

The first section of the page looks something like this:

These 4 grids break down the total number of transactions that have been imported to the system in the current year (from January to now). These will be explained further below.

The second section of the page looks something like this:

These 5 charts give particularly useful overview of the transaction data in the system, the charts will be explained in more detail below.

Total Value of Credit Notes Imported This Year

This breaks down the total values of credits that have been imported into our system in the current year (from January to now).

As you can see in the grid, the total number of credits in GBP that have been imported into the system this year is 4 and their combined value is 369,641.47 GBP.

Total Value of Invoices Imported This Year

This breaks down the total values of invoices that have been imported into our system in the current year (from January to now).

As you can see in the grid, the total number of invoices in GBP that have been imported into the system this year is 328 and their combined value is 49,457,293.39 GBP.

Total Value of Payments Imported This Year

This breaks down the total values of payments that have been imported into our system in the current year (from January to now).

As you can see in the grid, the total number of payments in GBP that have been imported into the system this year is 112 and their combined value is 124,024,751.04 GBP.

Total Value of Offers Generated This Year

This breaks down the total values of offers that have been generated by our system in the current year (from January to now).

As you can see in the grid, the total number of offers generated by the system in GBP this year is 1232 and their combined value is 171,404,613.12 GBP.

Number of Transactions, by Invoice Date

This chart displays the sum of the number of credits and invoices broken down by the due dates that are set in the transaction files that are sent to us.

Hovering over the chart's bar, displays the exact value of the number of transactions in that month. As you can see, the total transaction count for April 2024 was 6.

Total Net Transaction Value, by Month

This chart displays the total sum of the value of credits (these are taken as negative values) and invoices broken down by the due dates that are set int he transaction files that are sent to us.

Hovering over the chart's bar, displays the exact value for the net value of transactions in that month. As you can see, the total net transaction value for June 2024 was 28,607,160.00 GBP.

Active Supplier Companies, by Date Set Up

This chart displays the total number of Supplier companies that have been set up in the system based on the date that their company data was imported into our system. This allows you to see how many suppliers have been added to the system over time.

Hovering over any of the data points, displays the exact value for the supplier companies that exist in the system at that date. As you can see, the total number of supplier companies in the system as of June 2024 is 20.

Number of Early Paid Invoices, by Invoice Date

This chart displays the total number of invoices that have been paid early, broken down by the due dates that are set in the transaction files that are sent to us.

Hovering over the chart's bar will display the exact value of the number of early paid invoices in that date, as you can see, the total number of early paid invoices in USD for March 2024 was 1.

Face Value of Early Paid Invoices, by Invoice Date

This chart displays the total value of invoices that have been paid early, broken down by the due dates that are set in the transaction files that are sent to us.

Hovering over the chart's bar will display the total face value of the invoices that have been paid early. As you can see, the total face value of early paid invoices in USD for March 2024 was 287,900.53.
