Accessing the Transactions Page

If you click the "Transactions" page in the navigation bar, it will take you to a page where there's an overview of the transactional data in the system. This generally includes any data about any Active Transactions (Invoices and Credits) that have been imported into the system.

The UI

When you visit the transactions page, you're greeted with something that looks like this:

As you can see, there are 4 unique charts that display the data that is sent to us. In the top right, there is a drop down to select the currency in which you're viewing the data, this controls all charts, so if you change this to GBP or USD, the data displayed will be for that currency. The charts are explained in further below.

Total Number of Invoices, By Month

This chart displays the total number of invoices in the given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact number of invoices in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the invoice count for our demo data was 159 in April 2024.

Total Value of Invoices, By Month

This chart displays the total sum of the values of the invoices in a given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us.

Total Value of Credits, by Month

This chart displays the total sum of the values of the credits in a given month, this data displayed is based on the due dates that are set on the transactions in the data sent to us.

Hovering over the bar will display the exact total value of credits in that month. As you can see in the screenshot above, the total invoice value for our demo data was 86,039.30 EUR in April 2024.
